Refund policy

Refunds 

All sales are final. All orders are printed per your order so we do not allow returns. Orders are printed on demand. Once an order is processing, we cannot alter it or offer refunds. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Half sheets must be ordered in multiples of two. If you placed your half sheet order incorrectly, you will receive an email asking you to purchase an additional sheet. Failure to purchase an additional sheet within 48 hours will result in the customer receiving a store credit in the amount of purchase. If the owner of Yippee Yay! Yard Card decides to refund the order for any reason, the refund will be minus a 15% handling fee. We reserve the right to cancel any order, for any reason.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (must be within 48 hours of receipt of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be responsible for any defective, damaged or wrong item without contacting us with the 48 hour time period after receipt of delivery. You must contact us by email at yyycards@gmail.com.

We do not accept returns based on the fact that our colors, patterns, or our artwork doesn't match that of another vendor. When making a purchase, please be aware that are colors, patterns, and our artwork is that of Yippee Yay! Yard Cards and may not be alike or similar to another vendor.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send out a replacement, and you should receive your replacement within 3-5 business days.
